Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If tokens are unused, we're happy to refund you within 14 days of purchase. Read the details below.

1. Token Purchases

LocalMapz tokens are purchased as one-time payments. Tokens give you access to search features on the platform and never expire. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges — you only pay when you choose to top up your token balance.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase will not be accepted.

3. Partial Refunds

If you have used some of the tokens from a purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund for the unused portion. The refund amount will be calculated proportionally based on the number of unused tokens relative to the total purchased.

For example: if you purchased 150 tokens and have used 50, you may request a refund for the remaining 100 tokens (approximately 67% of the purchase price).

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
